Sharon Phillips School of Dancing are responsible for students during lesson time ONLY
If a lesson is cancelled due to a staff illness (eg sickness bug etc), then an extra lesson will be arranged at a later date to replace the cancelled class., but no refunds will be given.
Should a lesson need to be cancelled due to extreme weather conditions e.g., snow, the lessons will NOT be re-arranged or reimbursed due to the factor.
1 Terms notice must be given before removing a child from lessons or payment for outstanding fees is required,
All fees are payable in advance, non-transferable and non-refundable.

In the event of a pandemic eg (COVID-19) no refunds will be given and lessons will be transferred to Zoom classes. If a second wave of the current pandemic was to occur and a second lockdown was to happen no refunds will be given and lessons will be transferred to Zoom classes.
If a teacher has to isolate or is taken ill with Covid-19 where possible I will try and find a teacher to cover the class if guidelines allow or transfer the lessons to Zoom (this may be on a different day to normal class time).
It is the principal’s decision as to whether pupils are ready to be entered for an examination and their decision is final. Those students that do not attend the compulsory 6 exam coaching class or who do not reach the required level, will be withdrawn from the examination session and not refunded.
